Effective ways to network and find/create your community within Web3. IMO, having a network can ease you and make things easier to navigate because there’s always a friend to assist with concerns like security, etc. But how do you filter out the noise? How do you return the value as well? Would be helpful.

Initially? - How are resource going to be distributed and when? I’ve experienced a few times where we couldn’t even get started on our work because the “grant” we received was paid on a net 60 on a 1099 contract (Which is not a grant actually)

I’d like to see Coinbase style animations but with the focus being a super brief run down of decentralisation more generally. How the movement is about much more than just exchanging knowledge and value but is in fact the last stand we can make as individuals and communities against monopolistic legacy structures.
