Ok, this is serious. UNO does not know how to play UNO. That said, I do recognize house rules, and the necessity for clear rules before the game starts. That said #2: +2 on a +2 is allowed. +2 on a +4 is not allowed. +4 on a +2 is allowed. +4 on a +4 is cruel, but still allowed. And funny af.
