Spot a fixed point in front of you – this will help maintain balance. 3. Bend your knees into a pliΓ©, keeping your core engaged. 4. Push off the ground with your back foot, bringing your arms to first position. 5. As you turn, keep your shoulders down and your core tight. 6. Land smoothly back in fifth, ready to repeat!
