former big time coffee professional here (seriously!) if you love coffee for the ritual and the taste (as noted in thread), there's a ton of great decaf out there! i, paradoxically, don't drink much coffee during the day but if i'm past a 2nd cup, it's decaf time. i like: https://www.yesplz.coffee/product/decaf
