Three obvious places to start adding value (2/3):

👫 Community: we have a successful LGE on launch last spring but since then lost momentum on building community. We have also constructed an incentive system (XP) which has become so complex that (imo) it’s led to apathy. 

I reckon this has been brought about by sunk cost. We’ve doubled down on the incentive program despite waning efficacy and ended up with a Frankensteins monster. IMO we need to destroy & rebuild. 

There is of course concern that this would dishearten airdrop hunters but I think being honesty with the community, suggesting  a more elegant alternative along with a reward for everyone’s that’s earned XP to date will get buy in. 

And (community buy-in) is the crucial part. We can put it to a vote, it’s not that deep.
