Weekly forced disconnect incoming (I wish this on my friends)

I used to take offline day once a month and offline Sunday every week. I lost this habit due to hectic schedule but aim to bring it back as I always find it valuable for my body and mind

Nice! I once was in a place where good internet coverage was in a very uncomfortable spot (moist & windy.) My efficiency of using it increased quite a bit haha

As a freelancer, I used to do a reflection and learning week. No client calls. Nothing. Since working in a team that has been impossible. Missing this dedicated time. Now it's squeezed in the evening and Sunday.

I love the weekends where I let my phone battery die.
