Okay I could use some help understanding what “serverless data platforms” are. In other words, because they charge you for data transmission/receipt instead of data storage (and computing power?), it’s better for certain types of businesses/uses like research & generative AI (that use vector databases). But how you build what you build/what types of databases store doesn’t change?

Oh - and actually because of the change in business model (and the lack of portability/compatibility in the space) it basically seduces people by giving them free service at first & then charging them once they launch (and it’s a big pain to change services)?
