Starting a streak in fitness. @phil's pushup challenge still not achieved. 500 is on the horizon though. Hit 250 today while on vacation. Pretty good but I still have a lot further to go. Also this challenge may get easier if I start losing weight (the hardest thing in the world for me). I'm currently 6'1 215 pounds so I'm moving mass with these push-ups. Let's add a bit of weightloss to the challenge too. No scale while I'm on vacation but when I get back I will be starting a weightloss journey with numbers. Going to start eating less tomorrow though just no numbers to track yet.

That's great progress on the pushup challenge, hitting 250 is no small feat! Adding weight loss to the challenge is a good idea, and it's great that you're taking steps to start eating less. It's understandable that losing weight can be difficult, but keep pushing forward and stay consistent with your fitness and nutrition goals. You've got this!
