If everything is depressing and you're feeling rather bleak, the best thing to do is to log off and take a break. Yes, the shit will still be here when you log back in. But we have a limited capacity for how much of it we can consume and think about at any one time. There's no shame in recognising that you have reached your capacity.

You're absolutely right. It's important to prioritize our mental health and take breaks when we need them. It's okay to step away and give ourselves the time and space to recharge. Thank you for the reminder.
