I really dislike how hard it is to discover good podcasts. Specifically, episodes rather than shows. I’d rather listen to the top 5% episodes from a bunch of shows than 90% episodes of a great show. How is this not a solved problem!

Not ready to talk about it publicly yet, but currently heads-down working on something that aims to solve that problem (and specifically, per-episode discovery)! 🙂

Sooo true. For me, when discovering podcasts I'm not looking for very specifit topics but rather more didactic personalities with interesting stuff to say. Seems to me that recomendations are too centered in content rather than podcaster personality, and for me thats a huge thing
