5h of skiing today and i didnโt die. nothing broken despite some gnarly wipe outs. i can semi-confidently parallel ski now but need to work on technique and not panicking when gaining lots of speed ๐ฎโ๐จ

Always fall back to your most comfortable edge side. Do it dramatically when youโre going slow to practice and then even when youโre super good you will always fall back that at high speeds. Itโs more about flowing from edge to edge than going straight down the hill. You then learn to use speed to make catching edges easier.

The latter is one of the biggest challenges I see with people just starting out One good way to deal with it is to just make wider turns so you still feel in control even if going fast
