non-power badge users need clarity/roadmap on how to get one.

Right. I was here 1 years ago and i have not the power badge cause i don't like write a lot

As a domain expert without a badge, I can authoritatively say I can't be manipulated into thinking I should spend more time on Farcaster when the feed sucks in order to get a feed that doesn't suck. Sounds like a good way to get new joiners to leave.

There is a page on notion, but the specifics are to get engagement from badge holders, despite being hidden from their view. Its bonkers.

Yes I agree, most people are not enjoying Twitter as they should because of the premium feature. PowerBadge requires interaction from powerbadge users, how do you get the interaction if the powerbadge users ignore you.
