Anti sniping is hard. I think it can be done but still there are trade offs. I've seen all kinds of solutions, require password/access token to trade for first x minutes/hours. Sell tax that starts insanely high then degrades exponentially over time. Wallet buy limits for the first x hours/days etc (easily circumvented via sybil attack). I think limiting initial purchase amounts is a good start.
