afaik i think the issue with L2's is there's no mempool so no MEV.

someone on X explained well how sinpers where just spamming 24/7 tx's looking for new LP pools deployed from clanker (and fresh tokens) to try and buy the token (sniping) on the same tx.

They recommended you guys not use the NFT minting part of uni v3 and just create the LP pools directly instead, so snipers can't -see- that NFT index+1 and then check CA -> snipe all in one block

The Mev thread person thought we burned the LP, it’s locked

Locked LPs can claim fees! That’s our set up 

Univ4 is going to open up a whole world for us

right, i think i've heard uni v4 should allow for burnt / locked LP to still claim fees, so maybe in there lies the solution in the near future hopefully 🙏
