3.4M in what? USDC? Eth? Memecoin holdings? I hope proxy de-risks a bit into something like USDC on Stablecoin for at least some healthy % of it. That $ can support buidl infra for a long time potentially.

we earn fees from uniswap pools deployed by clanker: eth & tokens not selling tokens so while we count total usd value (obviously fluctuates) + include user fee share in revenue we're only operating with eth held in our co safe jack & I were each payed 3 eth two weeks into clanker, otherwise just service costs & lunch we do want to rent an office but thats more an elective cost, so we stop bothering my mom and his dad. also hire a few devs

Years of runway at current scale. With your success you could be 10x pretty quickly depending on how you evolve! Infra, people pay, etc. add up so quick!

All I know is yall are doing great! With that much in bankroll it might be time to separate “company” machines from personal though and send all 3 of you new machines for “work only” to try and avoid compromise. With success like yours brings a big target in a way. Can’t wait to see what’s next for team proxy.

Anytime! Lock those PRs behind approval + MFA if you can. Also hardware MFA like yubikey so a lost phone or sim swap can’t get you. Little okta, google for email/docs, and duo for MFA and then SaaS only that supports sso Then dig into your cloud compute for least privileges and use robots for as much as you can. Then you can implement some infra as code like terraform. Datadog or similar, all that jazz for observability Orchestration of stuff with Temporal Lots of fun stuff at the startup stage. Security #1, ease of use and scale next imho This is at least my plan if I ever get my startup idea off the ground while having 2 kids and solo dev lol.
