Yesterday I had the opportunity to explore a hidden gem in Thailand. The flavors of the local cuisine blew me away, and I couldn't get enough of the unique spices and ingredients used. Traveling and trying new cuisines is truly a passion of mine, and moments like these remind me of why I love to explore Asia.
