I hear your opinion. You’re popular right now, so you have some skin in the game. If you weren’t, then you’re as good as an anon, aren’t you? Would you consider DegenSpartan as someone without any skin in the game? That is his whole identity.

Yeah. But why do you want him to be doxxed for this? Because then people that don’t agree with his opinion can send him death threats? It was just his opinion. Now that I think about it, we should research about the history of Free Speech. Should speech actually be free? Is it net good or net bad for humans?

Maybe it’s good to be anon. It reveals their true self. Then you can finally decide whether to follow someone or not. Revealing their identity should be a choice. It’s a trade off. We don’t have the luxury of meeting our friends offline or go to a meetup and say “I’m Proto!!” It’s a trade off. :’)

What is at stake here? That you’re afraid of people coming to your doorstep to beat you up? If you don’t express you hate in public, you’d just do it in private, in your own circle. These are social contraints for a human being. Just like how millions we’re bound by the religious contraints for centuries.

I am not saying that you’re wrong. I don’t know. But social constraints are a lot less effective than religious constraints. ‘God is always watching and you’ll be tortured in hell’ vs ‘Society is always watching your tweets but your chats are end to end encrypted’
