Snapchain is now live! Warpcast and Neynar are reading and writing from Snapchain. Casting across apps is now faster, more reliable and more likely to scale as Farcaster grows. This is a monumental effort from the team! The problem statement was written in August and we are live on mainnet in less than 8 months. I think that might be a new record. Huge shoutout to @sanjay @dynemyte and @cassie who worked tirelessly to make this happen.

The other reason we're really excited about Snapchain is that it unlocks many new improvements: 1. Cheaper storage! We should be able to reduce the cost of storage by 10x today and even more over time as we make improvements. 2. Zero cost signers. Moving signers to Snapchain means users can add and remove apps for free. 3. App based storage. Make it easier for apps to sponsor users and enable "free onboarding" for the majority of users who want to join Farcaster.

please expand on the storage aspect of snapchain, from our past conversation you mentioned that the choice is centralized or ipfs
