silently nominating people on /build bc the two times i did share who i nominated i ended up feeling icky about it

i understand sharing who you nominated puts them in a spotlight and someone may find a new builder to follow/nominate too, but me feeling icky has more to do with my stance on doing good silently 😅

wondering how do selective casts(see below) get botted and how are those replies making it into my mentions with priority mode off where as artists(not power badge users) who i regularly interact with aren't in my notifications?
