some monday evening thoughts: 

in the past few months, every time i reply to one of @ted’s casts to share my perspective on the topic in question, it gets more likes than 90% of my parent casts ever do (i mostly yap about my life or share photographs)

imo if i said the same thing independently on my tl it may never reach the same amount of people.

i obviously don’t engage with @ted to reach more people. a few topics that she brings up are what i relate to as an artist or a woman or a human and she’s one of the very few people on fc that im not intimidated by + feel comfortable sharing my opinions with on the tl.

i like that sharing my opinions as a reply there (vs my own timeline) will reach the right people i.e. like minded casters and i can make a mental note of it.

The more I reply to range of casts, the more engagement I seem to get on my casts fwiw
