the best antidote for a shitty day is making sure you’re at least having a good hair day. and maybe do a little makeup if you’re into it. idk what kinda power it holds but i was never the kind of person who “got ready” just to stay at home. i was always amazed that people could do it every single day bc i was stuck in a place where waking up everyday was a struggle for 6+ years and before that i didn’t really care for it. i did it today, and have done it a few times in the last year when i needed to feel better. 10/10 recommend it.
