I wish people understood this more. There’s more hate after his recent announcements. TT ate into his market share and seeing 170m of consumers flee to other apps should be proof enough. I’m glad Meta is going under FTC hearings next week and hope he has to sell Whatsapp or Instagram. Reap what you sow.

Agree. Every media and news outlet is owned by a billionaire that advances their own agenda. America is a democracy where would would do amazing things if we actually banded together and advance other counties. Diving us by keeping the populous uneducated to be able to discern “good vs bad”, is how we continue to lose. The “MAGA” votes was unanimously uneducated voters for a reason… goes back to where they’re getting their sources of information.

I grew up with a tomato base bolognese too. This wasn’t heavy during or after consumption. Pancetta, whole milk, stock, and the paste reduced down made a comparable sauce texture. I would recommend the recipe.

Federal education budgets will be cut and states will have to adjust based on headcount. The consolidation will passively allow for gerrymandering. The poor neighborhoods won’t have an option for education and beyond.

Majority of smaller unis will close or consolidate in response. We’re seeing that at the grade school level which will impact quality of education too.

Agreed, Chinese govt has corrupted and ruined Laos. I have nothing in common with the northern peers. I try to celebrate other cultures impacted by colonization and gentrification so they don’t become forgotten.

My family is from Laos and growing up was taught to dislike the Chinese. I’ve been to Asia many times but actively avoid the country. I’ve considered HK because a lot of my British friends live and/or do business there. I didn’t interact with any “Northern Asians” (Chinese, Korean, and Japanese) until I moved to NYC ~7 years ago. I despised how corporate companies I worked for forced me to learn about and celebrate Lunar New Year. Tech H1b visas changed a lot of US perception. I understand your sentiments and your argument. I enjoy being a consumer as their goods have enhanced my life but most of it has been the only option… well, except the food. 🙂
