The last bullet is because this demographic have more to prove. They are working hard against a system that’s not built for them but somehow figured out how to get in the same room as *you*.

It’s not often where investors create a space where founders can be vulnerable and share stories that can touch all the above topics. Identifying people who can play the long game.
