Saturday started off the right way - Partner workout - 3 Rounds of: 20 squat cleans shared, 10 burpees over the bar synced, 400m run, 10 burpees over the bar synced, 10 shoulder to overhead shared, 400m run. Now to rest

The first half so much slower than the second half. Rx was 155 lbs but I did 115 lbs, always have aspirations of doing 135 but that 115 always feels heavier in the warm up than I expect and the overhead the limiting factor for me. Gassier than I expected too
