I actually do not agree with this take. This is naive.
A lot of people can have very bad trips on Psychedelics. Speaking from personal experience.

I think the difference is that you can't do much to prevent a bad trip, while by taking the necessary precautions at the gym (warm up, proper technique, knowing when to stop, etc.) you cab be fairly certain you'll be safe.
