I've never understood smaller brands/projects following 0 people I'm not sure if it's supposed to be some sort of flex or not wanting to show favoritism, but I'd say both reasons are mid at best It's a big price to pay for an opportunity to further cement your relationship with your evangelists/loyalists

I’ve always felt that following people is one of the easiest ways to show you’re actually part of the community. In early stages, relationships matter more than aesthetics. It’s not a flex to be silent.
