Are we doing the best we can based on the data we have, and how do we assess this, and related to this, is the basic question of the degree to which the token receiving addresses correspond to real human users, i.e., how many of these addresses represent real individuals?

Developer Partner (DP): Developers of the Starknet Core Infrastructure who have a pre-agreement with the Starknet Foundation will be allocated tokens on the same day that Provisions are opened for claiming; this portion of the token allocation is agreed upon in advance between the Starknet Foundation and the developer team.
