I wish the Tavern style was the canonical Chicago-style pizza 

Comparing different cities like, say, NYC vs Chicago it's too easy for people say "deep dish isn't pizza, it's a different category" or whatever 

No disrespect to deep dish though

i love bungalow and go a lot but my only issue with them is that their hvac isn't the best (honestly feels non-existent if you are going in the fall/winter)
