Yes! Such a visionary project, not widely known these days. Ito used wind data to control LED rings and flood lights to light up the perforated aluminum facade, giving it a subtly fluctuating look over time. https://www.archdaily.com/344664/ad-classics-tower-of-winds-toyo-ito 50 $DEGEN
