Do something good for yourself, because today somebody: had a stroke and can’t speak anymore was shot and needs to get fed through a tube took a nap and never woke up You can lose what you take for granted tomorrow, and it might never come back.

Day 4 of stopping the weeds: Cravings are starting to hit now that I have a few days off of work. I am usually an 1-2x a day smoker but I dont want to risk anything because Im going through the process of applying for new jobs (and the laws are wack lmao). Any tips to curb cravings?
