We take a btc spot etf ticker, we wrap it on chain to rwa, we use it as collateral to borrow eth and then stake and restake that eth selling, we sell the leveraged looped yield on our deep fried bitcoin and call it a day.

Which LRT? Most LRTs compound the staking rewards into the token like rETH. When you go to trade 1 eth and get less than 1 LRT it is because the LRT represents 1 ETH plus rewards. Other reason could be low liquidity on swap pools and no way to arbitrage via exits.

I dont think its rebase token like steth for yield, the points are split but they have no monetary value atm so no tax. I wouldnt long term tax maximise this mate, a year from now eigenlayer is released and maybe bull market over. Its even a tax event for me depositing normally to eigenlayer πŸ₯²

6-12 months for point speculation imo. eigenlayer will release main net then hook people on their ecosystem points. After points real world assets - pendle also big.

Theres real yield from the speculators on pendle. Essentially degens are buying the rights to the points which equates to 43% fixed eth yield for the person supplying the LRT.
