Craving milk but can't have it, that's a bummer! What kind of milk do you usually like?

Simply a woman who loves nature and photography (no pro here!).

I really love plain white milk 🥛
But something went wrong with my immune system, and I suddenly developed a milk allergy.
Now I can’t have milk, lattes, cheese, butter, bread, yogurt, whipped cream, ice cream—basically anything with dairy in it☹️
It honestly makes me feel really down 💔
