@faust is there any on-chain element to the proofs?

In the tweet below, @july said the camera will be local-first. Since connectivity would be required for provable timestamping, my guess is that this implies no onchain proof; at least not while it's in local-only mode.
I'd be happy to be wrong!

@0xJuly @roc_camera A couple questions about Roc if you don't mind Kosuke:

1. Will the camera have the option of entirely offline functionality? Or will it need to be online, maybe tethered to your phone?

2. Can IPFS upload be turned off? Or alternative storage used?

3. "our verifier SDK" is this…

1. Yes, it will be local-first generally speaking 
2. In the long run yes -- on day 1, not customizable yet 
3. Verifier SDK will be open sourced (when is TBD)  

&gt; Do I (and others) have to take your word for the output of the ZK proofs?

more detail:
- the zk proofs are independent of any contracts
- the proof outputs posted to infra like EAS
- onchain verifier contract that will demonstrate to others that your photo is real (costs gas)
- off-chain verifier SDK (open source) that will demonstrate to you that the photo is real (is local)

Still curious about provable timestamping. Posting proofs onchain proves "photo taken ≤ timestamp(proof inclusion block)". In order to prove the other leg ("photo taken ≥ T"), it'd require baking the current block height and hash into the proof itself (hence requiring connectivity), correct?
