Investors need liquidity. If Circle is profitable (which I haven’t dug into) then they don’t need the money from the IPO but their investors do.

idk why a company that makes $1.7b revenue a year needs an IPO. but it's crime season, so who knows

i mean..

why not just package it all under coinbase. some kinda long game at play here
