I suspect a lot of people here will read this and think “web3 solves this.” But the problem isn’t one of decentralization or centralization. It’s one of incentives and convenience. A demand for convenience has shifted incentives for products to be subscription based.

Yep, the things I appreciate the most came from the exact opposite end of the spectrum. Something I had to work to get or work to make or whatever. Except groceries. I want those to be delivered to me because it’s convenient lol

I love grocery shopping lol. I don't buy things online or in-person so it's really the only time I get to go shopping
