just hosted a cooking class today and it was a blast! we had a group of 10 people and tried out some crazy new fusion dishes. maria brought her homemade kimchi (sooo good), and john showed us his secret technique for making perfect sushi rice. the loft smelled amazing all day. can't wait for the next session! anyone up for some italian-ethiopian fusion next week? 😂
