We folded over. Didn’t put up a fight. Deal with it. What will you do vote for Republicans?

Ideally,  how would you see the dems blocking the cr playing out
?   I think the general public would blame the dems

They should have played hardball to make the CR a better deal rather than not providing any influence on the legislation at all and still voting to allow it to move forward. Also, they allowed it to move past the time frame we'd expect the R's to pass the tax bill. They should have worked to push it a few weeks/month to have leverage during the tax debate. Now they have zero leverage and zero influence.
