One of the books that I most enjoyed, that I got tremendous joy out of -- of all the books -- was Gene Kranz's "Failure is not an Option"

We haven't been back to the moon. We used to smoke cigars as routine etiquette in Mission Control. We no longer smoke cigars in all places, day and night. (coincidence? I think not)
