Problems: 
1)Low quality content
2)No feelings of exclusivity of ownership of the work by the collector (“save as” problem)
3)Money laundering, farming
4)Extensive cultural crisis

Decisions
1) Push artists to create more meaningless content by creating a system of small rewards for daily (hourly) posts, in other words, choosing quantity over quality. 
2) Do nothing (don't even think about it)
3) Try not to notice
4) Make positive podcasts! Write tweets like “What is art for you?”, “Describe your art in one word.” Buy senseless "crypto-wrappers" for big money, forcing the market to lower the quality of art because of that. To deny incompetence in curating, taste. But (if) after realizing this, go into collecting traditional art :D
