was just a joke, means i open up OS just to open chrome (since almost everything happens there), and when i open chrome, big percentage amount of time is spent on ChatGPT

Specifically thinking of a boot loader that often exists at the OS level sometimes in ROM sometimes in Flash to jump to some page address to write some bytes - or do you mean more of a kernel prioritizing to run some process in a more traditional OS type situation

I’m curious what you mean by boot loader in these cases
