I don't understand it fully yet, but there's one sentence that explains their philosophy a lot: "The dyson sphere ain't gonna build itself."

"thermodynamics favors the creation of complex life [...]. Under the conditions of our universe the development of complex life is almost as inevitable as a ball rolling down a hill." https://effectiveaccelerationism.substack.com/p/what-the-f-is-eacc A crowded universe? Which one?

"express your optimism about the future, and refuse to swallow the despair and fear that you are being fed. Don’t be afraid [...] Do something hard. Do it for everyone who comes next. That’s it. Existence will take care of the rest. Just build." But RTFM first. And convince---not merely ignore or oppose---doomers.

Might be wrong on this, but building could actually be the best way to convince the doomers. "Oh, this supposedly-dangerous AI system is out there for months, and the doomer scenario hasn't played out at all - in fact, the opposite is true: lots of positive things come out of it."

I reckon that in the “manifesto”. Strong constructive attitude against tsunamis of negative doom feedback. It feels brute force against brute force, though. Sometimes aïkido an Tao are better fit in global dynamics.
