New on Warpcast: updated home feed design

- Casts in channels now have a label at the top with the logo
- Casts are slimmed down: username-only, merged the action buttons with counts, moved Bookmarks to the kebab menu (top right)
- Channel circles have been retired

I miss the bookmark button already (I found it, but I like the shortcut)

But I strongly dislike my notifications feed. Please bring back what channel the notification is coming from when it reading replies. Please please please.
