Today I ate olive oil ice cream. It was delicious. The silkiness of the oil paired perfectly with the delicate vanilla of the soft cream. I plan to try to make this at home.

Oh, we have a local soft serve made from organic โbuffalo milkโ and Iโve also had the vanilla with a little olive oil drizzled on it, then a tiny bit of Hawaiian salt, & it was surprisingly delicious!!!๐ฆ๐

This just made me do a mental double take. Woah! Japan is truly the country of โF it, letโs give it a tryโ when it comes to flavors (&this is basic by comparison). I reaally want to try this, sounds like it could be really good Pleease drop the recipe & a review when you make it at home
