The Public Spam Labels should be updated tonight. If the current data says you have a label, do not lose hope.

The labels are updated daily but we only see the update publicly once a week. You may have been upgraded already. Want to test?

Reply to this cast and I will reply back if I got the notification. If I get the notification, I would bet money that your label is updated and we will see that reflected by Friday AM!

Spam Labels updated 1 hour ago and now over 170,000 people have level 2 (good) spam labels! This is huge. We were at 40,000 a month ago. 

Frames and Dune queries should update over the next couple of hours!

Ty for always being aware of supporting many with this case of spam labels, I ask you something, do you think there may be an option for those of us who have been banned for just living in restricted countries? This is my case, that's why I ask, I don't think we will be marked and no one will care about our situation.

That’s unfortunately a terrible issue with no resolution.  The company behind Farcaster is a US based company and has to follow US law on this.  There is nothing they can do about this issue.

It’s a terrible situation.  They are forced to comply with US law and regulations. They have no choice.

I think there could be some option, other companies applied the country IP restriction which is enough to comply with the law, in this case they went to the personal fid which eliminates any type of use option, and the worst thing is that we were harmed by a lot of profiles that have never had any problem with the rules of the ecosystem, how unfair is this justice, right?
