Please i have a question When accounts with spam labels comment on a cast made in a channel they belong to will the caster(they’re not mutuals) see the notification or have to check the comment section before seeing the comment?

Right now they will see it in the comment section, but probably not get a notification. For about a week I'm only getting notifications from people I follow.
