I’ve been wanting to try this crème brûlée from a local dairy farm near Lake Toya for years. But, it comes in a ballon to keep its shape so you need to be able to pop it and have something to put it in so when I stayed in a hotel, I couldn’t eat it! This time I booked an apartment for one night so that I could get it and try it! It came with “caramel crumbs” which were hard, crunchy pieces of caramel!

The base level of food here is outstanding. I’ve never had a bad meal. I’ve had things that tasted unique or unexpected and I have a few things I don’t like (texture usually) but I’ve never had food I’ve been disappointed in. This was also like $2. The quality to value ratio is off the charts.
