Anyone else hearing the same voices all the time?
It's a sort of robot parrot trick, at best, I realize. I mean, if I were saying exactly what is on my mind in real time as I think it, it would hardly be an impressive trick, now would it? Heck, my parrot could echo back what I had in mind if that were the case. And he'd do it better!
These voices, though, however familiar and recognizable they may seem these days?
They are "real" but they aren't accurate.
And curiously they always sound the same. The same vanilla American accents, too. Saying the same negative things in the same way, using the same sentences, word for word. Even the same tone of voice, the same rhythm.
Why do I never hear a word I don't understand?
Why do I never hear an accent that's likewise hard to comprehend?
This ain't anything American, that's for sure. 0 reply
