I also don't get it. Only benefit I can see it having is artificially raising the number of buys but anyone who actually trades meme coins is going to ignore that anyway - why? because all meme coins have bots buying and selling their coins. ALL of them. Meme mechanics are attention-based, so getting people's attention is paramount. A lot of these accounts are being funded same amount of ETH from 0xA72d89c19e2c48a194950dCd558b7588872d7190 Arkham tells us more https://platform.arkhamintelligence.com/explorer/address/0xA72d89c19e2c48a194950dCd558b7588872d7190 Like I said, I don't think you'll find a meme coin that does NOT have these shenanigans going on, so calling out JUST $MAXI and $BERRY is a bit of a weak move for a superanon post.

People run volume bots like that to artificially boost volume so token enters top10 dexscreener trending. Algorithm looks for number of TXs per minute, increasing holder count and people not selling right after a buy. Most of the time they are run by some community member who wants to boost the volume, getting some eyes on the token. Team rarely has anything to do with them tbh
