If I were in your shoes, I'd bail for a couple years until things settle down while working remotely.

You didn’t get me fully. The problem is not illegal migration to Western Europe. The problem is I physically cannot cross the Ukrainian border as it is. If I tried to cross the border I would be caught by Ukrainian border patrol for the attempt to avoid mobilization. We are trapped.

But you can cross the border if you got a residence of another country. That’s why I think it’s one of the methods that could work for me.
