ESR is the author of “The Cathedral and the Bazaar”. Now that he has come clean on his antagonistic stance on trans, how does that impact the ethos of Ethereum? Also, point 1 is harder to achieve once someone has grown past puberty without puberty blockers.

Is his stance antagonistic against trans, or against antagonistic trans?

Antagonistic against ALL trans (which includes both antagonistic and non-antagonistic trans). He intentionally hides an unreasonable request amongst reasonable ones. Very insidious.

What's the unreasonable request? #1?

Yes. He wants feminine looking shemales, but doesn’t approve of early access to puberty blockers. Contradiction.

I think it's not illogically consistent for him to believe he's willing to indulge in their fantasy only if they manage it convincingly and to also believe early access to puberty blockers should be illegal, because a) is not a right, it's a concession he's making.

Say I want everyone to address me as the king of Ethereum. Some people may be polite and indulge me. But most other people say "who are you, even? You're not even believable as anyone important". So I open an EIP to fork the protocol and give me special rights over Ethereum. Is anyone who opposes me kingphobic or contradictory?
